This course is designed an introduction to meditation. It explores simple, short exercises to learn the fundamental skills we practice when meditating, and then it combines them into some longer sits. If meditation seems confusing or you’re not sure where to start with a practice, the course lessons provide a structured approach.
We can learn how to interact with the stuff in our heads differently. We can experience difficult emotions while doing the the things we care about in life. We can cut out the compulsions eating up all of our time and energy. We can build resilience and psychological flexibility to handle an uncertain, changing world. We can love. We can be sad. We can create.
