This month of questions is designed to explore the landscape of your inner world with curiosity instead of judgment.
You’ll find questions that invite you to examine where you are, how you got there, and where you’d like to go. Some prompts will feel familiar, others might surprise you with what they reveal.
What's the right way to journal?
There’s no right way to journal with these questions.
You might write a few sentences or fill a couple pages. You might draw, make lists, or tell stories. The goal isn’t to solve anything or dig up secret treasure. The most interesting discoveries can happen when we wander with openness and kindness to whatever we encounter.
What if you can't think of something to write?
These aren’t test questions. There’s no need to think of something to write before putting your pen to paper. Journaling is a way to think. You’ll be surprised by what you come up with through writing that you wouldn’t have noticed just sitting around talking in your head about the question.
If you find yourself stuck on a question, that’s useful information too. That’s a totally valid place to begin writing.
