Each day, we can look at the context in which we find ourselves and give time and energy to what we value creating and growing in life. But it’s sometimes easy to forget that. We get caught up time-traveling in our heads. Trying to get things that don’t support us or our mental health and fitness. Now you can have a one-of-a-kind day planner packed with helpful reminders, questions, and daily intentions to help you keep your feet on the path.
I’ve structured it so each month explore the concept of doing actions we value from a slightly different angle, building on the previous months. There are divider pages throughout that I’ve used to delve into concepts with more depth. And I’ve left plenty of space for you to add your own notes.
It was an enjoyable experience to write. It was a valuable exercise for me to capture complex topics and skills in simple phrases and nudges to help you with your day.
Creating one of these books is something I’d like to do each year ahead. Although there will eventually be a collection of these, they’ll be hand-written. No two will ever be the same.
The day planner itself is a beautiful piece of work. It was designed and printed by Apuntes, in Mexico. It has a hard black cover, 200 thread-bound pages of 90g weight ivory paper, measures 20.6 x 13 cm (8.1 x 5.1 inches), and the interior is printed in Spanish and English.
There is a $35 shipping fee added to the winning bid. That won’t cover all of the shipping costs and packaging. I’ll take as much care as possible to ensure it’s carefully protected, packed, and tracked when shipping.
Although it’s March now, there are many days left in the year. This is also a book that’ll be useful for years ahead. Even when the days don’t quite line up, the concepts and skills will still align precisely with the steps you’re taking in life.
🙂 Mark
