This is designed for anybody that wants to deepen their practice of understanding values, getting skilled at changes, and seeing the beliefs and systems throughout our lives that affect us.
And the daily prompts and exercises are intended for you to reuse and repeat, as you find yourself in new terrain. This is a course you can continually revisit on your adventures.
WEEK 1
We start with values: how do we find out what we care about? This forms the foundation for the next 2 weeks, as we make changes but always return to what matters to us.
Week 2
We’ll pick a single compulsion to work on cutting out, and use the prompts to explore its roots, and why the compulsion might feature in our lives.
Week 3
We’ll finish up the 3 weeks by starting to pull apart the systems we’ve relied on thus far, and thinking about how we can create new ones to support us.
Specs:
Time: Approximately 30 minutes per day over three weeks.

Outcomes:
1. Strengthen your mental fitness skills and understanding of yourself.
This course assumes you already have some knowledge of mental fitness, and teaches you how to dig deeper into applying it throughout your life.
2. Build your personal toolbox of skills and exercises.
The daily journaling prompts will guide you on what to explore, but a key part of the course is responding to them *your way*. Write, draw, use post-its, make charts or very thoughtful cakes.
3. Non-judgmental reflection tools.
You’ll learn how to reflect critically on what isn’t working in your life, without getting caught up in rumination or being unkind to yourself.
