“This expression helping me understand that one should not judge their thoughts, the same way one wouldn’t judge a cloud in the sky. We should try to accept our own thoughts and not be afraid of them. That said, some clouds or thoughts are way scarier than others, and this image is a good reminder not to put labels on thoughts, but understand that clouds are clouds no matter their size or shape, just like a thought is just a thought at the end of the day.”
