Mental Fitness 101 is the foundational course for learning mental fitness skills. Developed from Mark's personal experience navigating recovery from mental illness, and from over 10 years of supporting people around the world on their own journeys of building better mental health and fitness.

Mental Fitness 101 includes what would typically get covered in a month or two of coaching sessions, and distills the concepts and exercises into an online guide you can follow at your own pace, asking questions to Mark in the comments to get feedback on the exercises or challenges you run into.
